Stow Away Hotel

Situated on Lower Marsh near Waterloo station, this project includes 20 micro-studios constructed using prefabricated modular techniques. The five-story building is located at 137-139 Lower Marsh, within the Lower Marsh conservation area, on a site owned by Network Rail.

The development employs 30-foot shipping containers as its primary construction material, allowing the entire structure to be relocated when the lease expires. The ground floor features a reception area and a cafe-restaurant designed to align with the diverse, independent, and cooperative community of Lower Marsh.
