Located in the neighborhood of Kingston town centre, this gated development offers 18 high-quality apartments alongside 15 dedicated car parking spaces. The project involved skilfully redeveloping and expanding the existing structure to a superior standard, resulting in a mix of 2 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom, and 2 three-bedroom apartments.

Inside, the apartments feature high-end finishes and a modern minimalist design aimed at maximizing natural light. Strategically positioned large windows and cantilevered balconies, equipped with glass screens, provide expansive views and create airy and spacious living areas. A detailed daylighting study ensured that all existing flats receive plenty of natural light.

Externally, the building is clad in soft terracotta-colored panels, complemented by a blend of red and chalk-colored brickwork and rendering, which together create an elegant appearance. The top floor is finished in grey cladding, set back to minimize the building’s visual bulk and impact. Facade elements are recessed and clad in various materials, enhancing architectural interest and blending harmoniously with the surroundings. The green roofs on the building support wildlife habitats and extend the roof’s lifespan.
